Pumpkin Bread

3 1/3 C. Flour

2 tsp Soda

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Cinnamon

3 C. Sugar

1/2 C. Nuts - optional

4 eggs

1 C. Cooking Oil

1/3 C. Water

2 C. Pumpkin (1-#303 can)

Combine dry ingredients, dredge nuts in flour mixture.

Beat eggs well, add oil, water and pumpkin; mix well.

Add dry ingredients.

Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9 1/2 X 5 1/2 X 23-4 loaf pans.

Bake 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. 4 small pans, bake 1 hour.
